Having recently searched the Audi web site and then Autotrader, I came across a stunning example of an Audi TTs at Silverleaf sports and prestige cars. We had been driving an Audi TT diesel Quattro for some six years plus. i enquired about the availability of the car via email, and received a prompt reply from a truly charming salesman, namely Ben Bradley, who invited me to come and look at and indeed test drive the car. I travelled to Sheffield and was warmly greeted by Ben who showed me through to their impressive showroom and then the car. The car was in immaculate condition both inside and out, and you could sense an awful lot of detail had gone into its presentation. Full marks to whoever valets their cars! Following a test drive and an acceptable valuation of our part exchange car, a fair deal was concluded. A special mention to Sophie who looks after the administration side of the business for transferring our cherished plate from our p/x to the Audi TTs, her overall efficiency was first class. For anyone who is looking at any of their cars online, and given my experience of spending a lot of time in Audi showrooms (ex Audi sales), I would have no hesitation in recommending Silverleaf to anyone and would buy from them again.​

It was a pleasure to deal with Martin on the phone several times and Paul also. I say this because both were communicative, friendly and polite. I wouldn't usually write any feedback but their approach is the way i expect my clients to be treated. I may not have got the exact price i wanted for the car but it wasn't far off. What made it memorable is exactly what i have described and is a breath of fresh air in an industry that can sometimes has unfavorable comments.

​I've always considered buying a car from a non-approved dealership a bit of a risk. In addition, I am based in Glasgow, while Silverleaf is in Sheffield, so effectively I was buying the car blind. There is always a sense of trepidation when parting with significant sums of cash with a perceived level of uncertainty. I needn't have worried. I phoned Silverleaf on the Friday afternoon to discuss and subsequently put a deposit on the vehicle arranging to collect the vehicle on the following Thursday. Throughout the buying experience everything went according to plan. I was treated like a valued customer throughout - communication was good, was picked up from the train station on the Thurs, looked after at their showroom - and the car was exactly as described. Having now had my Mercedes AMG C63S for a week, I can definitely say I am delighted with the car and extremely happy with the service provided by Martin of Silverleaf Sports & Prestige Limited. I would definitely use them again.​
